the flawless design of the hotel impressed us. the well-kept beach with attentive lifeguards ensured safety. isha provided amazing service and chef sams created a delicious dinner. His kindness was appreciated!!!

the gym has limited equipment and the carrom board needed powder for smooth play.

the location is superb next to a beautiful wide golden bathing sea beach. the beach is ideal for families and offers opportunities for serene strolls. cars and taxis for tours are readily available just outside the resort at reasonable rates.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. They created a cute atmosphere. the check-in process was smooth and included refreshing drinks upon arrival. staff accommodated our requests with complimentary dessert for our anniversary. This shows attention to detail.

the beach access from the hotel was acceptable. the beach itself was peaceful.

the air conditioning was quite dated. the split ac unit in my room looked and sounded at least 10 years old. i had to change rooms because it made so much noise. also, the digital display was faulty, which seemed like a maintenance issue not addressed in a timely manner.

the rooms were acceptable regarding to space.

My room's split ac unit was terribly old. it made a lot of noise. the digital display was faulty. the balcony overlooked the backyard. It was a completely useless feature.

The pool seemed rather cloudy. I wondered if they ever cleaned it properly. there was a peculiar sewage smell near the pool area. It really made lounging around less than appealing. The "Luxury Suite on Spa per" was supposedly fancy, but it just felt outdated. Maintenance definitely seemed lacking.
